Lunch & Learn training sessions are one element of a partnership that 3-D Service strives to maintain with all of their customers. Scheduled during your employees’ normal lunch break, the sessions are usually 1 to 1-1/2 hours in length and can be held at your location or our’s. Content is tailored to your company’s needs and encompasses a wide variety of topics. Examples of topics include:

• Basics of AC and DC motors
• Types of motors and advantages of each
• AC or DC motor troubleshooting
• Maintenance of cooling blowers
• AC or DC motor installation and maintenance
• Motor testing and interpretation of results
• Air compressor preventive maintenance
• Choosing an air compressor
• Energy efficient motors
• Recommended maintenance schedule for standby generators

If you are new to 3-D Service, the Lunch & Learn session can be used to provide information about 3-D Service to your employees who make purchasing decisions while allowing us to learn about how we can better serve you. Your goal is to purchase not only quality products and services, but the correct products or services for the job, on time and at a fair price. The informal sessions allow exchange of information so we can be partner with you to accomplish that goal.
