Improving Our Operations to Better Serve You

At 3-D Service we are continually improving our company and our operations to better serve you the customer. To address the needs of our diverse customer base, we have re-organized to form several product divisions. Each division focuses on the unique sales and service requirements of its market segment. To date we have created five divisions – fans, cranes, power service & controls, air compressors and generators – and anticipate creating more.

Fan Division

The Fan Division provides service for all makes and models of industrial fans. Large or small, centrifugal or axial, our qualified personnel can provide complete analysis and repair of the fan/drive system, including electrical testing, vibration analysis, alignment and balancing, bearing analysis and shaft repairs. Our trained professionals understand the cumulative and progressive nature of stress, wear and fatigue found in industrial fans. Crane Division

Besides the sale of leading brands such as Budgit, Shaw Box, Progressive Crane and Duct-O-Wire, to name a few, the Crane Division’s certified service personnel perform OSHA required inspections, in-plant rigging inspections, and magnetic particle inspections of crane hooks. Power Service and Controls Division

The Power Service and Controls division is focused on providing service for power generation and distribution equipment from the transformer to the driven component. Our service expertise includes the generating station, station switchyard, transmission and distribution substations, and industrial loads. It continues to the motor including motor controls, PLCs, drives, and relays. This division also offers full system integration services. Air Compressor Division

In addition to being an authorized distributor and service provider for Sullivan Palatek and Champion Gardner Denver, 3-D Service services all major brands of air compressors. Our factory trained and EPA certified service professionals can handle all your compressor, air dryer and after cooler needs. We carry Anderol lubricants as well as a full line of filter elements including air filters, oil filters and separators.

Generator Division

Formed in March of this year, the Generator Division sells and rents portable and stand-by generators from Ingersoll Rand and Baldor and services all makes of generators. Our factory trained personnel provide repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, and load bank testing for any brand, make, or model. In September, the Generator Division launched their Blackout Survival Program. The program prepares a business in advance for the safe and efficient transfer of service to a temporary rental generator during a power outage. In the event of a power outage, with a single phone call to 3-D Service we can reference the customer’s stored information and then deliver and hook up mobile generators, quickly restoring their power.

All divisions provide 24/7 emergency call out service as well as scheduled outage service and a complete range of predictive/preventive maintenance services.
