When Mansfield, Ohio was swamped with a record rainfall of 6 inches in a 24-hour period, the hot rolling mill of a local stainless steel manufacturer was flooded with 10 feet of water. The coiler end of the mill was under 22 feet of water. Their first call was to 3-D Service.
