ABB Inc. Power Products Medium Voltage (PPMV) has established 3-D Service as an industrial and commercial authorized service provider (ASP) for its aftermarket products and services. As an ASP, 3-D Service can perform field installation, start up, commissioning, warranty, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance services on equipment manufactured by PPMV.  Utilizing factory parts and services, 3-D Service will offer maintenance, repair, refurbishment and replacement of equipment manufactured by ABB and its legacy brands and trade names, including Asea Brown Boveri, BBC, Gould and ITE.

This new agreement strengthens 3-D Service’s partnership with ABB and takes advantage of 3-D Service’s experience and expertise in the power service industry, including the repair and maintenance of circuit breakers, switchgear, transformers, and relays; substation design and upgrades; and custom bus fabrication.  "We are committed to providing customers with exceptional repair and service of their ABB PPMV products.  We look forward to a mutually beneficial long-term relationship," said Bernie DeWees, president of 3-D Service.
