Supervisor General Responsibilities: Coordinate, prioritize, and supervise all work performed in area of responsibility. Coordinate/maintain work flow to meet production schedule and requirements of quality management system, including personnel, materials, equipment. Provide direction/guidance to subordinate employees. Qualifications: Must be computer literate, customer focused with service-oriented attitude, and able to work overtime and weekends, as needed. Education/Experience: High school diploma plus 5 years of shop or related job/vocational experience. Previous supervisory experience. Experience repairing and/or servicing electrical-mechanical apparatus.
