Manager - Predictive Maintenance Division Job Location: Massillon, Ohio General Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for predictive maintenance operations, including project supervision, sales, developing new leads, promoting/increasing the customer base, providing quotes and customer support. Qualifications: Must be customer focused with service-oriented attitude, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have electrical background. Working knowledge of predictive maintenance services including vibration analysis, infrared surveys, ultrasonic surveys, oil analysis, electrical testing, and physical inspections a must. Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required to meet customer demands. Education/Experience: Position requires experience in the service industry, business development, and sales as well as experience managing employees. Successful candidate must be a high school graduate, have in-depth knowledge of predictive/preventive maintenance, and have field service experience. Posted 05/14/2007
