Lead Air Compressor Technician Job Location: Massillon, Ohio General Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair and perform all aspects of maintenance on rotary screw and water-cooled reciprocating air compressors, blower units and auxilliary equipment. Train and oversee skills development of Compressor Division technicians. Qualifications: Strong electrical-mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, including operation of frequency drives used on industrial air compressors. Customer focused with service-oriented attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required to meet customer demands. Education/Experience: High school diploma plus minimum 5 years related experience. Experience with refrigeration units and EPA 608 Certification to handle refrigerants a plus, but not required.
