Field Service Technician Job Location: Massillon, Ohio General Responsibilities: Perform electrical and mechanical testing, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical rotating equipment in-shop and at customer sites under the required instruction/supervision and according to quality and safety procedures and customer instructions. Commission and start-up new equipment. Complete applicable paperwork and reports. Qualifications: Electro-mechanical fundamentals. Must pass our electrical and/or mechanical aptitude tests. Customer focused with service-oriented attitude. Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changes in daily activities is essential. This position requires some traveling and working overtime/weekends as needed to meet customer demands. Education/Experience: High school diploma and 3-5 years experience testing, troubleshooting and repairing/rebuilding electrical-mechanical rotating equipment in an industrial setting. Must possess a valid driver's license. OSHA 10-hr safety training a plus.
