Fan Technician Job Location: Massillon, Ohio General Responsibilities: Responsible for diagnosing, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on industrial fans and drive systems, including fan motor and drive supply, laser alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, start-up services, bearings, couplings, shafts. Qualifications: Customer focused with service-oriented attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Background in vibration analysis, field balancing, machine alignment and rotating equipment experience. Strong mechanical aptitude, good problem solving skills and excellent customer interaction. Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required to meet customer demands. Education/Experience: Requires high school diploma and 2 to 5 years of related experience.
