The 3-D Service Customer Center is under construction to help serve our customers better.Once completed, this center will enable 3-D Service customers to:
- Check the status of repair, service and equipment orders 24/7.
- View specifics of each repair order including:
- A comprehensive description of their equipment
- Before and after photos
- An “as found” condition report, recommendations, and service provided
- Service costs
- Place and review orders for new or used equipment:
- Check negotiated pricing, stock and order history
- Review order and delivery status
- Comprehensive Motor Management
- Review the status of spares inventory, repair history and more
